Delivery times
We are a small company. To work responsibly and save on storage and transport, we normally only manufacture BrickMaps after they have been ordered (on demand), but sometimes there is a small stock. This means that a BrickMap in stock will normally be shipped on the same (ordered and paid before 3:00 PM) or the next working day, and manufactured BrickMaps usually dispatch within 5-10 working days. You will be kept informed of the progress via e-mail.Order Handling Procedure
1 | After placing an order, you will instantly receive an automated copy of your order (without volume discount and shipping costs) via e-mail (check the junk e-mail folder if not)
2 | We will then calculate volume discount and shipping costs (usually PostNL, on exception DHL) and send you an order confirmation with the final costs and payment information.
3 | Only after receiving your payment we will manufacture and ship you the ordered BrickMap(s)
4 | You will receive e-mails with order progress, and with the Tracking information of the parcelPayment Methods

We ship to countries within the European Union for the moment.
Tax, customs, and regulations are too complex for worldwide shipping. We'll dive in to it to be able to deliver worldwide at a later stage. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We regret that we are unable to ship to the following European destinations:
Åland Islands, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey), Faroe Islands, French Overseas Departments and Territories, Gibraltar, Greenland, Heligoland, Melilla, Monaco and San Marino.
We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes including Packstations, hotels and freight forwarding services.
Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days, after parcel tracking states you received the order, without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs from us to you. Only the costs for returning the parcel from your home back to BrickMaps™ are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier (preferably DHL) for exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to BrickMaps™ with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. We quality check every BrickMap before sending it to you, so when on arrival there is a clear manufacturing defect with the BrickMap, contact us, and we will come to an agreement.
What to do when you want to return the order
1 | Reply to the original order confirmation e-mail you received from us with a request for cancellation. Do this within 14 days after parcel tracking states you received the order.
2 | We will then e-mail you further instructions how to return the order (check the unwanted mail folder if not). Do not return without having received instructions!.
3 | Then send the product according instructions back to BrickMaps™ (preferably with DHL). Do this within 14 days after the instructions were sent. Return the order with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own risk and costs, therefor only shipment with parcel tracking will suffice! (this provides you and us some level of proof)
4 | E-mail us the tracking code you received from your carrier in a reply to our instructions e-mail.
5 | We will refund the amount due within 14 days after parcel tracking states we received the package back at BrickMaps™
